Our Process

What to expect when working with us
  • Engineering meeting for site familiarisation
  • Obtain Manufacturer Tolerance Approval – by Enercool, turbine specific.
  • Health and safety processes reviewed.
  • Layout design prepared for safe connection of equipment.
  • Transport management plan prepared.
  • IT safety protocol agreed (no connection to site IT infrastructure required).
  • Solution design prepared for bespoke functional parameters (flows, pressures, temperatures and safety protocols for emergency shutdowns and overrides).
  • Software programme written for specific turbine / site parameters.
  • Safe site operating protocol document issued and mutually agreed, including draft RAMS and transport and access plan.
  • Contract KPI’s, performance reports project programme schedule agreed and reporting including 24/7 onsite monitoring during live operations.

What to expect during a site shutdown:

In preparation of the shutdown, the equipment will be delivered to site and safely connected in accordance with the agreed protocol.

Once the shutdown commences, the forced cooling protocol will be enacted and data will be logged and live monitored by Enercool engineers onsite 24/7.

Regular dialogue will be maintained with the control room during the shutdown, demonstrating compliance to tolerance throughout.
Client and manufacturer has access to live data stream throughout the works as part of a double control process ensuring robust fail safe procedures.

Once target temperature has been achieved, demobilisation commences immediately and all equipment is safely removed form site within the agreed KPI timescales (typically 48 hours).

Post completion, performance reports, containing full datasets are formally issued to the client within the KPI deadlines agreed.
